Terms, Conditions, and Cancellation Policy
At East Zion Resort, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience. To ensure transparency and clarity, please familiarize yourself with our terms, conditions, and cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancelation Policy:
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made five full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check-in time.
Partial Refund
If a cancellation is made less than 5 days in advance, the first night of accommodation is non-refundable. However, 50% of the accommodation fees for the remaining nights will be refunded. This policy is designed to account for the operational and logistical considerations involved in managing reservations.
Age Requirement
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to complete the check-in process. Nonetheless, the resort extends a warm welcome to guests of all ages to enjoy their stay and experience the diverse amenities and services we offer.
Pet Policy
To accommodate the preferences and needs of our guests, we regret to inform you that no pets are allowed on the premises. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we strive to provide a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests.
Behavioral Guidelines
In fostering an enjoyable environment for all our guests, we kindly request adherence to respectful and considerate behavior. Guests are expected to treat fellow visitors and our staff with courtesy and kindness. We encourage guests to enjoy our amenities responsibly, understanding that their actions contribute to the overall experience of the resort. Additionally, East Zion Resort reserves the right to address any behavioral concerns promptly, with potential consequences including warnings, fines, or, in extreme cases, eviction without refund.
